EmailGeneral Mills Recalls Granola Bars Due to Salmonella Concerns
The peanut butter recall is making its way to General Mills.
The Golden Valley based company is recalling some of its Cascadian Farm 'peanut butter chip chewy' granola bars.
There are concerns the granola bars could be made with peanuts from a New Mexico supplier involved in the widespread salmonella-related peanut recall.
The recall is for more than 140,000 boxes of the bars with the 'better if used by' dates of Nov. 1 and 2.
