Study: Tomatoes are Good for Heart

There’s new proof that adding tomatoes to your diet is good for your heart.

A study in the journal Neurology shows men who ate tomatoes and tomato-based foods were less likely to suffer a stroke. Tomatoes are rich in antioxidants.

Doctors say eating at least five servings of fruits and vegetables can help lower your risk of cardiovascular disease.
