EmailShoddy Mill Moves to Make Way for St. Croix Bridge
A piece of history is being moved in the St. Croix Valley.
Crews started moving part of the Shoddy Mill and Warehouse Thursday.
The St. Croix Bridge Project is forcing the two buildings to move from Stagecoach Trail in Oak Park Heights to South Stillwater right along the St. Croix River.
The historical building was built in the late 19th century and has been vacant since 2009.
