EmailWest Nile Virus Infection Rate Drops
There are four more reported cases of West Nile virus in our state, but the good news is the infection rate is dropping.
The new cases last week bring the total this year to 65. One person died from it this year.
With cooler temperatures, cases are expected to drop. We averaged eight new cases a week in August, and now the pace is slowing.
