Employees will soon be out of a job at a Shakopee manufacturing plant.
A spokesman says ADC Telecommunications will close that plant in the coming months.
The company makes components for telecommunications fiber cables.
About 144 jobs will be eliminated here in Minnesota, and move to Mexico.
The workers can apply to other positions in the company, or get severance pay.
