KSTP's Rusty Gatenby catches up with Dalvin, who gets to spend his teenage years with a family.
Rusty first met Dalvin three years ago at the State Fair.
Monique saw our story and adopted Dalvin into her home, which happened just in time for Dalvin.
Now, Dalvin actively participates on the Henry Sibley High School wrestling team, and has even won a few awards for his talent.
