EmailNew Brighton Hosts Seniors' Wellness Expo
Community members 55 years old and older are invited to an upcoming health and wellness expo.
The Thrive Adult 55 Plus Expo will include exhibits, health assessments, aging-well breakout sessions, and fitness demonstrations. There will also be door prizes and light refreshments.
The event takes place from 1-5 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 27, at the New Brighton Community Center. It’s hosted by New Brighton Parks and Recreation.
