EmailLiberia VP Visits Brooklyn Park
The vice president of Liberia is spending the next three days in Brooklyn Park.
The Brooklyn Park City Council recently passed a resolution making it the sister city of another city in Liberia, and outreach between the city and country is already underway; this summer a Brooklyn Park nonprofit recently sent fire-fighting equipment to Liberia.
The vice president will talk with local Liberians at a town hall meeting Wednesday night.
