Theodore Wirth Lake Beach has reopened.
The beach closed earlier this week because of high levels of E. coli in the water.
The Minneapolis Park and Rec Board thinks the problem was created because birds are starting to migrate which means more birds are on the beach.
Tests from Wednesday showed bacteria levels were low enough to meet state guidelines again.
