Email2nd Man Pleads Guilty in Fatal La Crosse Shooting
The second man accused in the fatal shooting of a 20-year-old La Crosse woman has pleaded guilty to reckless homicide.
Kong Vue told a La Crosse County judge Thursday he panicked when he tried taking a purse from the victim's house and discovered her on a couch. Vue says he accidentally shot Sarah Hougom.
Pao Choua Vue pleaded guilty to first-degree reckless homicide Aug. 15. WXOW-TV says sentencing for both men is tentatively scheduled for Nov. 5.
