Michael Brodkorb is narrowing his lawsuit against the state.
The former aide is suing the Senate after he was fired following an affair with then-Senate Majority Leader Amy Koch.
He’s now dropped his invasion of privacy claims, but he’s still suing for defamation and gender discrimination. His case has cost the Senate at least $100,000 so far.
