Report: Belly Fat Leads to High Death Risk

Belly fat could be the worst type of fat for your health, according to a Mayo Clinic study released Monday.
Researchers say people with normal weight but a high concentration of fat in their bellies have a higher death risk than those who are obese.
People with a high waist-to-hip ratio had the highest cardiovascular death risk. A normal ratio for women is .85, and for men it’s .9.
