Officers Raid Blaine Tobacco Store

Officers searched a Blaine tobacco shop Friday and seized 18 four-gram packages of “Chill Herbal Incense” because they contained the synthetic analog AM-2201, police say.
AM-2201 is a Schedule I Controlled Substance.
The store, called Blaine Tobacco, was raided around 9 a.m. Friday by the Anoka-Hennepin Drug and Violent Crime Task Force and officers of the Blaine Police Department.
Police arrested 55-year-old Mahmoud Ismail of Blaine for the sale of a controlled substance, which is a felony. Charges are pending.
