EmailWashington Avenue Bridge Closure for Light Rail Installation
The Washington Avenue Bridge will close due to rail installation for the Central Corridor Light Rail Transit line.
The project will begin on Monday, August 20 at 12:01 a.m. and last until 6:00 a.m. on Monday, August 27.
While the bridge is closed, detour routes will be available to avoid the construction. Although the bridge is closed to vehicles, the roadway will remain open to pedestrians.
