Vice President Joe Biden will make a stop in Minnesota Tuesday, Aug. 21.
Sources say Biden is planning to hold rallies in both Minneapolis and Rochester.
Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney will also make a stop in Minnesota Thursday, Aug. 23.
