The Minneapolis Police Department is asking for the public's help to locate a 23-year-old man and his 1-year-old child.
Minneapolis Police are trying to locate Emmett Fields, also known as Jarmon Fields, and his child Dawayne.
According to Minneapolis Police, Dawayne had lost a substantial amount of weight and the child in need of medical care.
Police are asking anyone with information to call 911.
At this point additional details have not been released.
