EmailUnited Way Prepares for Action Day Event
The United Way is getting ready for its annual "Action Day" speed volunteering event.
Yesterday the group held a practice run and packed school supplies and snack packs.
The event is scheduled to take place in Minneapolis, St. Paul, and the Mall of American on August 22.
The goal of this event is to grab people on their lunch breaks and ask them to help out the community.
