Man Sentenced in Hit-and-Run to be Released from Jail

The man who hit a St. Paul boy on his motorcycle and then drove off, will get out of jail Tuesday.
A judge sentenced Ernest Jonas to 120 days in jail.
On Tuesday, he will have served two thirds of the sentence so he will be released. He must also serve five years probation.
Jonas hit 4-year-old Tyrell Baymon in St. Paul in May.
Baymon was released from the hospital, and is now recovering at home.
