Organizers Apologize After Food Truck Fair
Complaints about long lines have organizers at Sunday's first ever Food Truck Fair apologizing.
A statement was posted on the event's Facebook page.
It said organizers had an overwhelming response to the first release of tickets, so they released more because, "Being Minnesotans, we understood that summers are short, and we wanted as many people as possible to experience the event."
The event took place in downtown Minneapolis Sunday on Third Avenue North.
Fourteen food trucks were parked end to end Sunday. There was also music and 25 micro-breweries on hand for the event.
