Changes Women's Health Care Services Begin Tuesday

Beginning today, 47 million women will now have access to eight new prevention-related health care services without a co-pay.

The coverage includes contraception coverage, HIV screening, gestational diabetes screening, and other care. It’s part of President Barack Obama’s health care law.

Some older health plans are not required to cover it, so you’ll have to check with your provider.
