Cause of Minneapolis House Fire 'Undetermined'

A deadly fire at a Minneapolis home started on the porch, but officials can't determine what sparked it.
That's the result of the investigation into a fire on the 2800 block of First Avenue South.
A 45-year-old woman died in the fire early Saturday morning.
Four others were rescued. The victims names have not been released.
The owner of the home, Cy Ratsamy, tells KSTP he had renters living in the house, although we found he had no rental license with the city.
Records show the city has fined him for failure to get a license, and sent him two letters asking him to comply.
