Emaili-94 Reopened After Semi Accident Near Lowry Tunnel
A crash near the Lowry Tunnel closed down part of westbound I-94 on Sunday morning.

A semi jack-knifed right outside the westbound entrance of the tunnel around 9:30 a.m. Authorities say some diesel fuel leaked out.
Crews poured some sand down to clean it up, and the road re-opened by noon.
The driver was not hurt.
