Man Aims to Break Record for Most Fish Caught in 24 Hours

A man is spending the night on Lake Minnetonka in an effort to catch as many fish as he can in 24 hours.

Known as the "Marathon Man" in the fishing world, Jeff Kolodzinski is out to beat the Guiness World record he set last summer - 2,591 fish.

He'll continue fishing at Maynard's on Lake Minnetonka until 11 a.m. Saturday.

Organizers hope to raise $10,000 during the fishing marathon, with the proceeds helping kids in Minneapolis and St. Paul do fun events outdoors.
