Email58 Cited for Minor Consumption at St. Cloud Party
Fifty-eight people were cited for minor consumption after police showed up at a house party in St. Cloud.
Police say they were called for a noise complaint a little after midnight on Friday, July 27. The location was on the 400 block of Eighth Avenue South in St. Cloud.
The residents were 20-year-old Darius Rashad Cotton and 20-year-old Scott Michael Shonka. They were cited for a loud party and social host violation as well as underage consumption.
