Teens can learn driving survival skills with their own car tomorrow.
Tire Rack Street Survival is inviting teens to a clinic to improve their ability to handle hazards as well as learn emergency breaking and skid control.
Tomorrow’s clinic is at the Dakota County Technical College and starts at 8:30 a.m. It costs $75.
