EmailNew Restaurant to Open at Shinder's Corner in Minneapolis
A busy corner in downtown Minneapolis that sat vacant for years is expected to house a new restaurant by winter.
The restaurant, named Union, is moving into the building at Hennepin Avenue and Eighth Street, known as Shinder's Corner. The restaurant will feature a rooftop bar and a retractable roof, making the space accessible in all seasons.
The owners hope to open the restaurant in November.
