Some metro seniors got to show off their funky dance moves at the Lunds in Richfield on Thursday.
The seniors took part in a "flash mob" organized by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota. It's part of do.Town day across Richfield, Bloomington, and Edina.
The do.Town project aims to get people more active and to incorporate more movement into their daily routines.
Flash mobs for do.Town day also took place at Mall of America in Bloomington and at a city council meeting in Edina.
