16 Pounds of Cocaine Discovered in Wooden Pallet at Cold Spring Business

Cold Spring Police and a local task force are investigating after cocaine was found inside a wooden pallet at a business.
Police were called Thursday by a Cold Spring-area business about narcotics found when a wooden pallet was damaged during handling. The Central Minnesota Violent Offender Task Force investigated and found several plastic bags of white powder in hollowed out boards. The powder tested positive for cocaine.
Police say there were about 16 pounds of cocaine, which could be anywhere from $300,000-700,000 in street value.
The case is currently under investigation.
