EmailKidVenture Summer Camp Hosts 'Face Forward' Performance for Kids
Community members are invited to watch break dancing, listing to traditional Afro Caribbean music, and hear performers talk about the meaning of their art today.
The East Side Arts Council’s summer camp, KidVenture, is hosting an hour of artist performances by Face Forward. Face Forward is a nonprofit made up of artists who put on performances for community-based organizations and encourage community members to support local arts in the Twin Cities.
The event will encourage kids to pursue their own dreams and talents while putting on an entertaining show. Following the performance, campers can show off their own rhythm on an open stage.
The event takes place from 10:45-11:45 today at Dayton’s Bluff Recreation Center in St. Paul.
