EmailPayne Maryland Project Breaks Ground in St. Paul
A $14 million building will break ground today in St. Paul.
After more than six years of planning, construction is starting on the Payne Maryland Project. The project is a new rec center and public library.
Services now available at the Arlington Hills Public Library will be relocated to the new building.
The project is set to be done by next fall.
