Area police officers, deputies, and firefighters stuffed their faces for a good cause.
Minneapolis Police Officer Karl White took home the prize for the third year in a row in Tuesday’s hot dog eating contest. The annual event takes place at Chris and Rob’s Chicago Style Hot Dogs in Minneapolis.
Officer White beat his own record – chowing down seven fully-loaded dogs in five minutes. He won $250 to go towards his favorite charity.
