EmailVictim of Downtown Car Crash Identified
Today, we know the name of the driver who died in Friday’s crash in downtown Minneapolis.
Thirty-year-old Marcus Tharpe of Maple Grove was killed crashing his car into a tree at 10th Street and Fifth Avenue South. Police say speed was a factor.
Police are waiting for toxicology reports to see if alcohol also played a role.
