EmailNHL Star Dustin Byfuglien Begins BWI Trial
A Winnipeg Jets defenseman accused of boating while intoxicated on Lake Minnetonka starts his trial today.
Police arrested 27-year-old Dustin Byfuglien last August. He pleaded not guilty to four charges, including BWI.
The former Roseau High School star won a Stanley Cup with the Chicago Blackhawks before spending last season with Winnipeg.
