Friday, the Secretary of Labor will be in Minneapolis to talk about challenges homeless veterans face here in the state.
The U.S. Department of Labor recently awarded more than $15 million to provide homeless veterans with job training. About $300,000 of that went to the Twin Cities.
Today’s discussion is from 10-11 a.m. at the Minneapolis V.A. Medical Center.
