EmailGrand Rapids Driver Found Dead After Itasca Co. Crash
A Grand Rapids man is dead after a single-vehicle crash in northern Minnesota.
The Itasca County Sheriff's Office says emergency personnel discovered the body of 32-year-old Kevin Leroy Foix pinned inside a vehicle off of Laplant Road in Harris Township shortly after 1:15 a.m. Wednesday.
The vehicle was on its roof and up against a tree in the ditch.
The sheriff's office says speed and alcohol may have been contributing factors in the crash.
