EmailLawyers Ask Judge to Review Crime Lab Work
Lawyers for a Dakota County man have have asked a judge to review the work of the St. Paul Crime Lab.
They asked the judge to review Matthew Jensen's drug-related case, and five other where evidence was analyzed at the lab.
Jensen's lawyers say the lab lacks appropriate protocols and staff training.
A ruling on the lab's work in the cases is expected in the fall.
