Richfield Considers Fire Station Changes to Accommodate Female Firefighters

When Richfield Fire Station #2 was built in the 1960s, there were not any women firefighters, and you can tell. 

The station only has one community dorm room, one community bathroom and one community changing/locker room. 

Now, the chief is proposing about $900,000 in upgrades to accommodate both men and women firefighters. 

Richfield currently has three female firefighters with more on the eligibility list.
