A United Airlines pilot tried to calm passengers who were stranded for three days at the airport in Shanghai, China. But those passengers were so upset, they staged a revolt against the crew.
The flight was supposed to leave China on Wednesday and land in Newark, New Jersey. It was delayed three times, twice for maintenance issues and once because the crew worked too long.
