In hopes of getting a jump on the 2013 budget, St. Paul Mayor Chris Coleman is drumming up a conversation with area residents.
He’s hosting four public meetings with city council members, which started at 7:30 a.m. Monday. More meetings are planned for July 24 and Aug. 3-4.
