EmailConstruction Begins on Plymouth Avenue Bridge
Work starts today on a bridge that connects north and northeast Minneapolis.
The Plymouth Avenue Bridge has been closed to cars since October of 2010 when crews found significant rusting on the cables.
Bikers and walkers who were allowed to use the bridge will now have to find another way.
The bridge is set to reopen in October.
