EmailAttention Drivers: Plan Ahead for Weekend Road Closures
You may need to find detours around two big highway closures this weekend.
Starting Friday night at 10 p.m. MnDOT will close Highway 62 in Edina between Hwy 169 and I-35W.
The roadway will be closed for resurfacing, and will reopen at 5 a.m. Monday.
In the east metro crews will close 35E in both directions at Maryland Avenue at 9 p.m. Friday, so they can remove the bridge span.
Both directions will be down to a single lane between Arlington Avenue and Cayuga Street.
