EmailAuthorities ID Teen Who Drowned in Owatonna Lake
Authorities have identified the man who drowned in an Owatonna Lake as 19-year-old Diego Ortiz Larios of Faribault.
Just before 6 p.m. Wednesday, police were called to the lake.
According to the Steele County Sheriff's Office, witnesses said they lost sight of the swimmer near the dock.
Emergency crews found Larios' body on the bottom of the lake near the dock.
His death was ruled as an accidental drowning.
