Family members are asking for the public's help in locating a missing man last seen in St. Paul.
Fifty-year-old Paul Summers left his mother's home in Highland Park without his cell phone, identification and credit cards. Family members say he was last heard from on Sunday, July 8.
Summers, who suffers from health issues and is in poor physical condition, is believed to be wearing shorts and a baggy T-shirt. He is described as 5'10" and weighing approximately 170 pounds. He may be carrying a small amount of cash.
