A troubled apartment building in St. Paul is now empty.
A KSTP crew went inside the Westminster Court Apartments last week, and found dirty, stinky conditions.
The City condemned the building, and told renters they would have to clear out by Monday.
Some had to scramble to find a place to go.
The building is under new management who plans to gut it out and renovate it.
