EmailTraffic Stop Leads to Marijuana Bust in Columbia Heights
Columbia Heights Police seized a felony amount of marijuana after stopping a vehicle for an equipment violation.
An officer stopped the vehicle just after midnight on Monday, July 9. An investigation revealed that the marijuana was just purchased at a residence on the 4600 block of Polk Street.
Police executed a search warrant at the home and found about 385 grams of marijuana and more than $1,080 in cash.
The suspect, who is a juvenile, was charged with Fifth Degree Controlled Substance.
