EmailMan Shot and Killed in St. Paul Identified
St. Paul Police have identified the man shot and killed in St. Paul Saturday morning.
Police say 5 year-old Roy Burgess and another man, 59-year-old Douglas Vaughn, were both shot at a home on the 400 block of East Arlington Avenue early Saturday morning. Vaughn survived.
So far, no arrests have been made.
Investigators are still piecing together what led to the shooting.
