The man seriously hurt in a hit-and-run on the water is getting better.
Terry Erickson from West Fargo is now in satisfactory condition at Hennepin County Medical Center.
A boat going 40 miles an hour hit him and the boat he was on, then took off on the Fourth of July on Big Cormorant Lake in Becker County.
Police are still searching for the boaters and boat that hit him.
