State Patrol: St. Paul Man Arrested for OWI with 3 Kids, Drugs
The Wisconsin State Patrol said it arrested a St. Paul man early on the 4th of July for operating a motor vehicle under the influence (OWI). A spokesperson said they found three kids and drugs in his vehicle.
Sergeant Brian Erickson said 34-year-old James Juan Catron Parker was stopped on eastbound Interstate 94 in St. Croix County at 5:41 a.m..
Erickson said three children ages 4, 6 and 16 were in the vehicle. He said marijuana and ecstasy were also found.
Parker is charged with OWI, possession of marijuana and ecstasy, and operating without a valid driver's license.
