EmailUnconscious Teen Pulled from Big Watab Lake Now in Stable Condition
A 16-year-old girl is in stable condition after she was pulled from Big Watab Lake in Collegeville Township Tuesday afternoon.
The Stearns County Sheriff's Office says the girl wasn't breathing and was unconscious when she was pulled from the the water around 4 p.m. on the south end of the lake.
She was swimming when she hit her head on a pontoon and lost consciousness.
The girl was taken to Saint Cloud Hospital, where she was able to speak with deputies Tuesday night.
