The Wayzata City Council decided Tuesday night it is okay to have food delivery services to docks.
Gianni's Steakhouse is one of the restaurants that wants to use golf carts to supply a dockside delivery service at Lake Minnetonka
They thought of the "dock delivery" idea a couple years ago.
